Foster Mill

Only one building of the Foster Mill complex between Station Road and Hills Road remains. Built in 1898, the building is a landmark immediately adjacent to the railway station.

The site was cleared in early 2010 to make way for development. The mill building, with its crenelated tower, was to become the Cambridgeshire historical records office. It was badly damaged by fire in March 2010 and partially collapsed. Currently it is planned to convert the remaining building to living accommodation.
